Everything was okay. The owner replied on all my Emails before and the stay there welches fine. The appartment is in a good and safe location. I would book it again.

You'll be enchanted!! • WiFi • The location of the flat is amazing, just some meters from the masterpiece of the genius architect Gaudi! 2 lines of subway at 30 steps, and a beautiful park in Vorderseite... • All the important attractions of the city within walking distance • From the balcony you can Weiher an incredible view of the amazing masterpiece of the genious architect Gaudi • You have access to the kitchen only for a quick meals (Instant soups, salads, sandwiches), that it's equipped with all the utensils. A shelf in the refrigerator where you can keep your food. • Availability to use the washing machine for free rein bookings of 1 week. • For stays shorter than one week, you can use internet the washing machine, but the Elfe is 4 € durch wash, corresponding to electricity, browse around here water, soap and fabric softener • I like to offer what I liked to find when I traveled: a clean room rein a cosy atmosphere, hospitality, city information, tips and directions to places of greater interest • I provide a pocket guide of the city (rein English), maps, brochures and travel instructions hinein the city • The flat has a very good distribution, and there's a lot of daylight inside • The neighborhood is safe and quiet, with the best supermarkets rein the radius of 100 meters, including one open 24 hours.
The neighborhood is very touristy because we are 100 meters away from the Sagrada Familia. There are always people and movement. Areas with bars, shops, parks supermarkets...its a very comfortable neighborhood and has everything you need.
Accessible location.Unit is not too small or not too big.It welches good because they have complete kitchen utensils,we were able to cook our breakfast.
The room welches large with it's own bathroom and kitchen and very comfortable. It's parte of a larger complex but like having your own place. You have your own entrance door. Wifi works well too. I look forward to stay here again. Shawn2017-04-30T00:00:00Z
Located inside an upscale apartment building with a Swimming-pool and next to a Speisewirtschaft. The unit is clean and comfortable and central to the downtown area and shopping. Highly recommend if you are staying in Davao.

The building where the room is located is clean and elevator is working good. The furniture of the room, kitchenware and screen door were good and convenient.
Lluis ist ein sehr freundlicher, hilfsbereiter ansonsten fürsorglicher Gastgeber!!! Das Appartement ist korrekt so in der art von beschrieben ebenso auf den Foto´s. Es ist neu mit möbeln ausgestattet,die Kochkunst fruchtbar ausgestattet außerdem wurde sehr reinlich read here von Lluis an uns übergeben.

Ms. Ann & Sir Chie were very kind and accommodating. Their place was cozy and Beginners all purpose symbolic instruction code toiletries and breakfast were provided! They also offer affordable city Spritztour so you won't have to worry getting around Davao :)
Virginia is a great my review here host. She's kind and friendly. The room is cleaned and there is everything you need. The position is the best. If you like walking you can have great times and you can reach most of the important places hinein Barcelona(from the rambla to la website link sagrada familia): we took the underground only to visit the Grünanlage güell.
